2. Eligibility
By using our Site and services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are using our services for lawful business purposes only.
- You are not located in a country subject to US government embargo or sanctions.
3. Services
eins1one provides digital lead generation services, which may include:
- Delivery of verified business or consumer leads matching your specified criteria.
- Access to a lead management dashboard.
- Subscription-based or one-time lead packages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Account Registration
To access our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

5. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

5.3 Recurring Billing Authorization
By subscribing to a plan, you expressly authorize eins1one to charge your payment method on a monthly recurring basis until you cancel. Your billing date renews on the same calendar day each month.
5.4 Statement Descriptor
Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as:
EINS1ONE.COM or EINS1ONE – LEADS
5.5 Failed Payments
- We will retry failed payments after 3 business days.
- If payment remains unresolved after 7 days, your account may be suspended.
- You will be notified by email at each stage.
5.6 Taxes
eins1one is based in Delaware, which does not impose state sales tax on digital services. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your own jurisdiction.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
6.1 Lead Quality Guarantee
All leads delivered by eins1one are:
- Verified – validated via email or phone at the time of delivery.
- Unique – delivered exclusively to your account and not resold.
- Targeted – matched to the criteria you specified at sign-up.
6.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are NOT issued for:
- Change of mind after leads have been delivered or accessed.
- Failure to convert a lead into a paying customer.
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations.
6.3 How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@eins1one.com with subject: “Refund Request – [Your Account Name]”
- Include your invoice/order number and a description of the issue.
- We will respond within 3 business days with a resolution.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6.4 Cancellations
- Cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing hello@eins1one.com.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No cancellation fees are charged.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation before permanent deletion.
6.5 Dispute Resolution
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension.
- Referral to our legal team for recovery of disputed funds.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
- Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent content.
- Harvest or misuse leads for purposes other than lawful business outreach.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell our lead data or platform.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of eins1one and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

- Guarantees that leads will result in sales or conversions.
- Uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eins1one shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to eins1one in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eins1one, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sussex County, Delaware.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will:
- Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
- Notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Non-payment of fees.
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
